EVENT: with few resources and staffing needs of nonprofit organizations' board members and growing, this seminar is designed to help executives and board members to avoid legal and financial pitfalls that some not nonprofit organizations did. The seminar will highlight legal duties and obligations of members of the nonprofit organization as a strategy for reviewing a financial report to understand the baseline and the most effective ways of dealing with the writing of the grant.
