Copyright 2006 Robert Benson He dreamed of world peace. He was an artist, poet and voice of the hippie generation explicit. He was an influential musician, a peace activist, an absent father and a loving and devoted husband. The abuse of alcohol and drugs, sneered at normality, but has taken time off from his career as a rock and roll to raise the child. But above all, he was a Beatle. It was and still is, John Winston Lennon. Born in Liverpool, October 9, 1940, John Lennon was murdered on 8 December 1980 by a fanatical fans. The world mourned her death, when millions afflicted by the man who was the heart and soul of the world's best rock and roll, The Beatles. He had an unusual childhood, shuttling between his mother Julia and her sister Mimi. John then spent his formative years with his Aunt Mimi and Uncle George and Mimi, as he recalls, "His mind was all the time, and was a drawing or writing poetry or reading." However, it was a rebellious, stubborn and disobedient young people in difficulty. Failed to art school, but swore to her aunt that "one of these days I'll be famous and you'll be sorry." John had a premonition of things to come, as I knew it was a little "different from most people. Looking back, he said:" I always knew I was going to do it, but was not sure what the event. I knew it was only a matter of time. "There are many words to describe John Lennon. He called himself a leader, but he made some of his best work alone. It was an alleged wife beater, very frank, often outside the controversial quotes to the media, or to make a point or simply to be extravagant. But when he spoke, people listened. The Beatles music has pushed the boundaries more than any other group. Tour Stop. His last concert was in San Francisco at Candlestick Park August 29, 1966. They were so big. But John thought the concert had just become a freak show, no one could hear the music and the only reason for the Beatles were to create and play music . The decision to stop touring also came in the wake of one of the most controversial events in the history of rock and roll. In an interview, John made the mistake of saying that the Beatles were more popular than Jesus This appointment has caused great game with the boycott and burning of Beatles records public. Her manager, Brian Epstein, an immediate press conference and John reluctantly apologized and said what he said was wrong. Anyone else who might have said something similar and then move on to even bigger celebrity? He was a partner with his childhood friend, Paul McCartney and together they left a music partnership in writing and a heritage that is unparalleled in this day and can never be. The Beatles , with producer George Martin, the music has changed drastically, with the study techniques that had never been tried. They were the first concept album "Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band ", the editors of the list of Rolling Stone as the greatest album rock era. I had the attention of our government, with its protests against the war and at one point was under FBI investigation. Cantó love and peace and live in harmony with all people coming together as one. There are some who called him a genius. Could be bad, spiteful and petty. He fought his demons and it seems like a winner until 8 December 1980. We can only recall his career from start to finish and does not know the story of four boys from Liverpool. He was a member of the group that changed the history of rock and roll. We can not help but wonder what John Lennon would have Indeed if he were alive today. How is active in promoting peace in the world? would still create wonderful art of rock and roll? All we can do is imagine, and that is the shame of it all.
