Chelsea Will Never Reach Their Potential
Chelsea have fired again, another manager. "Big Phil" Scolari has been fired with immediate effect, only 6 months working at the top. Despite its current problems I think that the dismissal was unfair, as the two dismissals. As will be successful managers of other big clubs to focus on long-term success and this has served us well. Unfortunately for fans of Chelsea, the club just does not follow this philosophy. Chelsea's main rival in the title race in the last two seasons has been at Manchester United. They stood by their coach for many years. E 'can be seen that both Man United and Chelsea have the same quality standards, always thinking in the Premier League and Champions League glory, but for Sir Alex Ferguson, was not always so. Just as today's global economy recession''around Man United had a minor 2004 and 2005. After he won the championship in 2003 did not win again until 2007, nor win the Champions League era. Under the mentality of the Chelsea, the great Sir Alex should have been fired around 2005. Instead, the United man has rightly stuck by her man, and with a little patience, "see the results it has brought. They won the championship in 2007 and then won the league and the Champions League in 2008. are on track to win the championship this year. If the best coach in the Premier League, can have a couple of bad years, why not give them sufficient time to test Chelsea's coaches themselves? The most important that Chelsea need to realize is that it is rare for a team to win the trophy every year. However, this is probably what they want, because, despite all Mourinho was sacked from the premiership and the success of the Cup just because he had not won the Champions League. Check out the results of recent years. In addition to last season Manchester United's incredible double rooms, each club English majors, on average, won a trophy every year, or has made a great final year: 2004 - League: Arsenal, FA Cup: Man United 2005 - League: Chelsea, FA Cup: Arsenal, Champions League: Liverpool 2006 - League: Chelsea, FA Cup: Liverpool, Champions League (Final): Arsenal 2007 - League: Manchester United, FA Cup: Chelsea, Champions League (Final): Liverpool 2008 - League: Manchester United Champions League: Man United (finalist Chelsea) E 'Rarely does a team win more trophies in two some time now, especially now that the "Big 4" of the club, unlike the 90s where it was mainly Manchester United and Arsenal. There is more competition from three other big clubs. That does not mean you can not win more than one trophy each year, or even with "acute" in the case, but the cars have come to these companies? Sir Alex has won a treble in 1999 and won two trophies. Arsène Wenger has won the double in twice. These are the coaches who were at his club in the long run, that you were able to develop a relationship with the players and were able to build a team over the years. These coaches have worked hard for years of experience with the same club and the players themselves, and with a bit of luck you were able to achieve what we want at Chelsea. Chelsea must realize that they have unrealistic standards. This does not mean you can not get what they are fighting, but like all great things that take time. Sacking a coach every six months, without enough time coach and a good opportunity to demonstrate its capacity simply is not fair. Only become more difficult for the new coach arrives, and only increase the instability at the club. Chelsea will probably win more trophies in the future but will never reach its potential. The statistics predict that you will win only one trophy a year (if any). Coaches have been fired every year and this will be a continuous cycle. No coach ever be given the time that Sir Alex Ferguson or Arsene Wenger has had to realize their potential.
